What company? SFIO today is an empty shell. There has not been a company here since 2011 and the old Smoketree dismantled years back. The 1 patent now belongs to RAI and they have turned it into several patents they are working on. No filings since 2011. The old CEO and old team knows nothing about who paid for the updated Nevada SOS to sell shares so several of us posted the old debtholders who would have done it to collect their $$$ back after all these years!
