i don't think "debunked" is the accurate word, we'll have to wait it out to be sure. imo the history with jf suggests it'll be a word game battle, with a vague pr that will intentionally be able to be taken many ways with much left to the imagination. i think if anything comes of this comcast thing it will be jf simply signing up for their service and just moving over from the omniverse platform to use one available from comcast, but it doesn't mean comcast is backing them or investing in them, they'd simply be providing a service like omniverse was...and i bet at a steep price with serious dilution. as i pointed out previously, the recent "yello" pr makes me wonder..why would jf sign some deal with another bottom of the barrel company with extremely limited resources and no footprint if comcast and ottv were working on something big?
