I'm not trying to reload anything. I posted here because that's what a forum is for. I'm typically skeptical of anything on the pinks hah. But I know CBRE very well so that's why I asked.

I understand an appraisal. Typically that's the true market value of the land. \I tried to find how they valued it but couldn't. Thanks for the info.
