There is absolutely zero chance of anything ever happening with this ticker. If it was suspended for something other than sec delinquency it would have had a very small chance of coming back.
1716 out of the past 1716 stocks suspended for being sec delinquent have lost the next step with the SEC and had their ticker revoked(making them unable to trade on even the grey market). There are a 100 or so waiting for this to happen on the grey market. The issue is there is no defense for being delinquent to postpone the revocation. It is also expensive to try to come back from and it’s far easier to just abandon the shell and go after a new one.
