Because there is nothing to debate. I understand what you are saying - getting investors to throw money at a company is the same, whether there is a real product (in the case of Coke) or not (AABB's imaginary gold mine). It's all about "awareness" - which seems funny if you think how someone can be made "aware" of an imaginary thing.
