Thing is, that deal doesnt become effective until 200m shares issued to seal deal..And as far as we know, they aint been issued, although i highly suspect they have been with recent 300m+ increase in O/S since last financials..That's why i want Jimmy to simply confirm effective contract date! Btw, if SGMD doesnt report 200m shares to BizRight in Feb financials the suga-chit going to hit the fan! Where'd those 300m go? Buuuuuuuttt, positive thinking Biz got them!
