CVSI can only report if NASDAQ tells them that is the reason. NASDAQ is the only gatekeeper on why it hasnt uplisted us.

Also, even if it has been communicated CVSI cannot file an 8k. Or perhaps they have and will not make anything public until the SEC acknowledges receipt of the 8k.

Possible?
