NASDAQ uplisted ONCY last June, the company makes no profit and has only a $37 million dollar market cap. Total dog turd of a company.

Explain to me why they are uplisted to NASDAQ and CVSI isn't ??

ONCY - biotechnology
CVSI - CBD product, CBD until Jan 1, 2019 was not federally legal, it is now, so the hope is CVSI will uplist soon.

Two different products, two different classifications.

There are some on this board who think that we will never be up listed, based on bias towards principals past business relationships, bias towards initially listing on OTCQB market, bias against the emerging industry. Others on this board look to the future and wait for the uplist. NONE are able to see the future and predict what will happen. That leaves only hope and belief in ones own due diligence, chart skills and experience to make the best investment for themselves.
