I think you are on the right track with this, legal

The one product that they currently have is only the start as far as I am concerned. Having multiple runs of multiple products involves quite a bit of cash tied up in inventory to be in a position to deliver each item on a timely basis. That $500k would go quickly once multiple products are in place. I am also curious as to just how Major Hemp is selling now. During the Holiday Season, a lot more people are likely to try something new as well as buy something unusual to give as gifts. Now we are in a more stable time and something is telling me that the sales may have dropped off for that reason. I am not saying anything negative about the product but there are a lot of micro breweries out there and so many people like to try new products all the time. Unless Major Hemp really is different enough and tasty enough to quickly develop a strong following, it will be a slow process.

Perhaps, in WDRP's hands, more of a market could be developed quickly.

Other option would be for SIPC to be acquired by an existing brewery that already has a strong national presence. Just my opinion.
