No, it's not a wise investment. Cause the strike price is $28.00 and change, if the companies sells for lets say $3.00 a share, then you are out of money, you lose everything. But if you believe the company will not be sold and will make it to $28.00 as a stand alone company by 2028 then the warrants are good investment. In my opinion they are not a good investment.
