Exactly correct. Everything seen and unseen has been done with good reason. Management, whether you know or not, has shareholder's best interests at heart. Yes it's been painful and yes, I've complained but those involved with Key are hard working and dedicated to a successful 2019, that I have no doubt about. Hopefully, promises made come to fruition in Q1.
