I knew it was closed from day 1... I was surprised when people didn't know that..

I agree it would be nice for ED to clarify a few things but he did post this tweet:

and im talking about the specific funding from the city of Chicago.. can it be proven that's gone as being claimed. The public tweet above that anyone can see would strongly suggest it is still in play.
