$TGGI has two stakes in $GCGX:
- $120,000 which first starts funding March 1, 2019
- Assistance with selling devices through $GCGX's distribution network (would assume that's going to run for several years)

There are no peas under shells: $GCGX already has two Directors, and part of the audit by Marcum will cover potential conflicts, and recommendations for dealing with them.
