I’m against the share increase & the RS. Definitely a NO on them being able to write and do things without shareholder approval. I don’t remember the exact wording on that one.? I believed that the Grease Beast product will make enough ratings to pay back any debt they have. Until they explain why the want the share increase and the RS and a plan my vote is NO for the sake of my PPS and profits

IMO
