That would be 18 trading days since Mid October. You think he is paying his pro bono attorney in cash? Not. He has had all the opportunity to sell enough to pay legal fees.

You are conflating not selling any to selling it all in the same paragraph, lol!!! There were shares sold which is the prudent move for anyone to get their initial principle returned as well as possibly paying the attorney. You are contradicting dozens of your own posts re the selling volume. It is also obvious that the seller, contrary to CD sellers who are incentivized to get the stock lower, is careful not to sell too much at bid and is interested in maintaining the integrity of the pps.
I don’t think the stock would be too much higher (maybe 65-75) without the past selling without some rev/contractual news. The OS needs to increase!!!!
