OT: Dr Bill: Sing all you want.
You say: "But it's not that I want thanks, or praise [SIC] I just am out to help."
Ahem . . . sure! I know at least 65 people, who can't stand anyone's ostentatious grind, but who's counting, right? The truth is, honest and humble people -- which is what you here claim to be --NEVER sing their own praises, NOT even in such an indirect way, as you so much enjoy. So, sing -- sing all you want. Take those e-mails of yours and frame them all on parchment, and hang them up on that broad wall, which is now replete with an exceeding number of touching honorariums and your many vain accomplishments, as you seem the type to hang such things in plain sight for all to see. Yes -- take your humble self and glory in the blinding light of your own self-gratifying praise.
As for the rest of us: We will hold for the imminent promise of what's only now beginning to dawn on the horizon. What a patience this has required! But patience in almost each and every case is ultimately very handsomely rewarded. Her muse is to stand firm with all steadfastness, and her wisest form of doctrine is to hold until the blossom of her flower is in full bloom. Yes -- patience is rarely ever scorned, or ever to be found mourning in her latter days.
