Where exactly did people read that there been a decreased of A/S? It is stated in black and white ink in the filing that nothing changed.

Matter of fact the outstanding shares increased ever since the TA was gagged.

A lot more money borrowed. A lot of money spent with nothing to show forth - millions spent with 0 revenue. But we are 'Ahead of the Competition'

The filing was atrocious to say the least.
