THE WHOLE COMPANY (EVERYTHING) IS BANKRUPT the only value left is the real estate and inventory. So Lampert continues to liquidate the real estate, inventory is liquidated to pay off some of debt and common is worthless. Some will continue to flip the common for a profit:)
