Perhaps, I missed it. The additional shares are being fronted Gratis by GCAN Dream Team. Everyone knows there are "NO" as in zero, zilch, nada, none GCAN shares left due to GCAN Preferreds allocation or gimme all of the GCAN shares not spoken for.

This is a win guys. Otherwise, A/S would need to increase. So, it's not so much dilution as it is anti-dilution. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

Sorry Abe! Take a good look at your math! it doesn't add up!
1,464,914 + 31,880,969 = 33.345,883 and they are restricted per the T/A.
Even though It would not matter ether way. because we are only talking about 1.4 million shares whether restricted or not add them to the original 31,880,969 Total Outstanding Common Shares and
17,159,413 Total Restricted Common Shares + or - 1.4 million. Who cares that still a miniscule amount!
We still have less than 34 million shares O/S now compare that to aurora which has nearly 1 billion O/S and is trading in the $6 to $7 dollar range. Dilution is normal it's what it is used for that make it valuable.
Once GCAN is discovered by the cannabis traders. GCAN will be ready for take off. GCAN has been set up to be a real winner. Just compare GCAN to other Cannabis stocks like Aurora which has nearly 1 billion O/S and is trading in the $6 to 7 dollars range. 1 billion O/S is 30 times the O/S GCAN has .Aurora was trading in the pennies a few years ago before it was discover and has nearly 1 billion shares outstanding. Everyone can Compare Aurora 1 billion O/S and price to GCAN with only 32 million shares outstanding! I can't wait for GCAN with it's low share count to get discovered and Take off like Aurora did.
