Say anything you want. CEO says something listen. He "says" AFTER the release NO REVERSE SPLIT is on the table anytime soon. Its for a specific reason, one we arent there today. Its like before, just approved.
So you say they RS then dump, yet the CEO who knows way more than you in his own company says nothing happening. So just to make up a scenario doesnt make it work.

Final post so I can get to football. Take everything you first thought on Friday and reverse your thought process. Then you will be thinking logically. Now is what was filed normally a bad thing? Yes..yes it is. But not in this case. This is a legit company, not a share selling scam. They will be using the shares to buy other companies...which it sounds like will be announced any day. So again, YOU ARE getting something for the AS raise...and those shares will most likely never even hit the open market. Will it open lower? I have no idea but probably as shareholders lije you panic. But after they are done selling...watch out :). Tomorrow will be a win/win day for me no matter if it goes up or down. Again....002 for every share you have.
