Steve Berman isn’t sure what “this” means either. His tweets are incoherent ramblings- very little, if any, of them make sense or contain factual information. It’s pretty obvious that he is tweeting in a failed attempt or to salvage the PPS. The investing public knows that he is not not be trusted and the PPS is an accurate reflection of this company’s value.

I think he is saying that gift card website could be done by June 14th. But, he personally thinks it will take until the end of June to complete, imho.
