I agree with your time tables for the NVSOS update and Attorney letter. Once that happens the pps will steadily rise until the first major PR.

People have been waiting on these updates.

I have also been in direct contact with Derrick. He had busted his butt to get this done. Everything he has said was going to be done has been true, if not delayed some.
