Hmm. Not that it matters at this point since the company is near rock bottom, but it is hard to believe the company would have had to "notify" him of his termination if he resigned. Why would a company notify someone that they had resigned or died? If he resigned, instead of being fired, he would have notified the company. The language indicated that he was fired ["...notified Dr. Menon of the termination of his continued employment with the Company in order for the Company to further focus its resources on clinical trials for its lead drug candidates."]
