I MUCH prefer Rod SANTULAN as merged BAYP/KGET/SPRV CEO

First, there is not yet any merger or acquisition! The involved scammers have a history of announcing LOI's that never come to fruition, but are never announced as kaput! What is the duration of the LOI? BAYP announced a Letter of Intent, however, interestingly, the announcement included no comments by the car wash owner, Roderick Santulan.

If a deal actually happens, I would be willing to bet $100 the terms of the purported "deal" are never publicly disclosed!

And second, the "deal" is a purported acquisition, not a merger. There is NO indication Roderick Santulan might be a part of the acquisition! Actually, since Santulan was never quoted in the BAYP PR, there is a good chance Lil Rod will never be a part of BAYP!

BTW...it was hilarious to read Franks' comment saying the acquisition would be a "stock purchase". With whose money?

Actually, the new ripoff strategy has been constructed by a SCRUM OF SCAMS, including KGET, with Bobo "THE CLOWN" Linton, SPRV, with Santulan and long-time scammer Paul Strickland, and BAYP, with Clay Franks and Strickland! Who knows...EHOS, i.e. Strickland and Bryan Wayne Geer, may soon be a part of SCRUM OF SCAMS, making it a quartet, rather than a trio!

With all the known scammers, being directly involved or on the periphery, the purported acquisition is NOT a coincidence!
