How to find a stock's Share Structure such as the Authorized Shares, Outstanding Shares, Restricted & Non-Restricted Shares and the Float.......(there are more ways but this is the most traditional way)

1) Go to the website for OTC Markets at: https://www.otcmarkets.com
2) Type in the stock symbol you want to get the Outstanding shares and complete Share Structure for.
3) After clicking on the specific stock you want, you will see a horizontal menu of choices on OTC Markets starting with and including:
Overview, Quote, Company Profile, Security Details, News, Financials, Disclosure, Research.
4) Click on "Security Details", there you will normally find the Authorized Shares, Outstanding Shares, Float, Restricted Shares, Stock Splits etc. **** The thing to remember is that the company you are researching does not update these numbers daily, they are usually only updated every quarter when or if financials are released.
5) In order to get the exact number of "shares outstanding" that is up to date, you will see under that same section for "Security Details" a listing for the company's "Transfer Agent". A "Transfer Agent's" job is to keep up to date records of a stocks shares, the stocks Share Structure. Click on the name of the Transfer Agent.
6) Normally you will see the Transfer Agent's phone number and website at this point. I usually call the phone number first and ask the Transfer Agent for the latest Authorized Shares, Outstanding Shares, Restricted/Non-Restricted Shares and the Float.
7) These days, many Transfer Agents do not tell you that information over the phone and ask you to send them an email and they will get back to you. Transfer Agents are normally quick to respond by email, usually within an hour roughly, sometimes faster, sometimes longer. Before hanging up with the Transfer Agent when you call them, have a pen ready, either they will tell you the share information over the phone or they will give you the email address to send your email to get the Share Structure information.
