#49183 RE: WALL STREET KID #49180

This copied and pasted from that prison search page.

Our records contain information about anyone who was in BOP custody
It is possible that a record may exist for an individual who was in BOP custody but never served a federal sentence of incarceration.

Here are some examples of when this might occur:

when someone was detained pre-trial but criminal charges were dismissed

when someone was held as a material witness

when someone was held for civil contempt

Seriously, who goes on "PAROLE' unless they did something criminal to begin with?

pa·role
/p?'rol/Submit
noun
1.
the release of a prisoner temporarily (for a special purpose) or permanently before the completion of a sentence, on the promise of good behavior.
"he committed a burglary while on parole"

Fair enough that people should get a "Second Chance". But, imo, that doesn't mean they didn't the original crime. Seriously are you saying he didn't do what he got PAROLED for?

And, yeah, I get it. Some people are falsely accused and sent to jail when they didn't do the crime.

So, believe what you want about the guy. Personally, I think he got what was coming to him. Having comn to that conclusion, I can actually move on from it. And NOT in denial.
