Well I read through all of Janet's....

relevant posts on this board of late. And, you are obviously confused. Her entire discussion centers on who owns the five most recent patents, and she is correct those are RJR/RAI patents.

But that is NOT what we are talking about or what is important. We are talking about who owns European Patent 08738110.9! If you or your pal Janet have any specific information relevant to that patent being acquired by RJR/RAI or anyone else for that matter. You might have something.

And while your at it why dont you check on who owns these patents. It's the same one just patented in multiple countries, but I guess RJR/RAI just magically got all of these too, huh?
