not sure about past charts, its that, when you add that they have contracts with national govts,like mexico,brazil,africa ,europe,an more,they seem to have a major foot in this niche,health care seems to be globable,better than a lottery ticket,mo,betting name/management seems be be looking to future,mo ,wishing we had more,
