It seems like most here understand the pro's and CON's of a bk, and took the risk they took when they put their cursor on the BUY tab on their trading platforms.
Al are aware of the inherent risks involved here at this point, since we have no idea if commons get cancelled or not.
This is a total HERO OR ZERO play.
Commons don't cost ELS(EDDIE) anything to keep in tack, plus as we know he has quit a few of his own......
Also this sticks in my mind, would any Judge after what took place before really want to be involved in YET ANOTHER SHLD screwing of shareholders and have his name signing off on it??
The last one came out several years after and said "he was embarrassed to have been involved and wished he never had or had ruled differently."
