Exactly... I've been saying that since I've dove into DD... the company he bought out was a faulty company. We are now realize the scheme. Its gonna take alot of time and money. Plus where is he getting his evaluation from. Where are the sales report? Income statement? 10k, 8k, etc. If he is serious we would release those first then ask for a RS
