looks like a shelf registration for Alpha - they want to be ready to take advantage of a price rise, a rise which in my opinion will be orchestrated by Spencer.

I seriously doubt Alpha will sell any until this price moves much higher.

NTRU receives almost $3 million of working capital upon exercise of the warrants.
