In a gray market transaction a broker acts as a direct intermediary between 2 private parties and the exchange / sale would not be listed on TD Ameritrade. Not to mention the fact that it was shorted WAY WAY below the ASK TODAY. No broker is going to waste their time to transact 5 cents between parties ? Something is very fishy. Im going to call my broker on Monday and get some answers.
you guys don't think a decade with no news is long enough to declare this company dead ? I am even willing to be that Frank Sr. isn't even alive today. He was 70 years old back in 2010
