I agree last doctor I met hadn't had a day off in 6 months and I was wondering his state of sleep deprivation. Definitely not firing on all four. Just kind of going through the motions. Honestly, I argued with him about his diagnosis of pneumonia and why I thought it was instead chronic emphysema and possibly pulmonary fibrosis based on several factors and he acted like I was wasting his time. 3 months later, being a specialist he diagnosed emphysema and pulmonary fibrosis like it was never brought up. Seriously doubt they're bringing out extensive metal testing without making it AI standardized SOP. Also the cost factor. I know I dont want to see it on a bill. Especially with these guys out to bilk federally funded healthcare with exorbitant pricing. Some days I just want to watch it all burn.
