I'm assuming you are referring to the 2,254 Feb 16 calls. Was it all one trade at $1.05? It must have happened at the beginning of the day when SP was lower.
It's a large bet but not on a huge move. And of course, some investors sold those calls. Not sure what to make of it. If somebody knows something, I would guess it's probably related to Enhanze, possibly a new partner.
