There was 1,464,914 restricted shares issued and if you add those restricted shares to the last total issued of 31,880,969 shares you arrive at the new issued of 33,345,883 shares. Every share issued on this report are restricted shares. Not one was issued that was NOT restricted. The float never changed. Love it!
