I've never been able to dump my shares with the D on. When the D comes off you'll be able to sell. I hate TD also, but I'm stuck with it till I can dump the one turd I have with them. I use Etrade as my primary.

TD AMERITRADE OR TD-ATURD AS I LIKE TO CALL THEM IS NOT PENNY FRIENDLY IMO. I HAVE HAD A TD-ATURD ACCOUNT SINCE THE BEGINING OF ELECTRONIC TRADING! There have been many OTC stocks they would not let me trade over the years. I suspect they where short the many stocks they would not let me trade. The reason I opened up other broker accounts.

ANOTHER class action is what would be going on. If TD-Aturd had my GCAN dividends.
There Fees are absurd and Made up B.S. I hear TD=ATURD wants $655 to let there clients start the restricted legend removal from there GCAN clients dividend that have been made effective by Finra to trade.
E-trade did it for free for there client's and schwab only charged $80. With other brokers We where able to trade our gcan dividend the first day it started trading about 3 or 4 months ago. TD -aturd is holding there clients dividends hostage for absurd most likely illegal fees.
I heard TD claims $400 of the fee is for the T/A which is a lie. The T/A did not charge me or my broker a fee.
I would Get them to put those fees in an Email and then call a securities lawyer and ask him will he go after tda with another class Action. where the lawyer only gets paid when he wins.
TD-Aturd inherited well over 5 million shares of scottrades clients GCAN dividends from the Scottrade buyout. It was 5 million shares. Scottrade was the biggest holder of GCAN dividends and sold out to TD-Aturd right before they had to be delivered. the timing of That buyout and hold-up smells fishy.
I would be willing to bet Scottrade was short. If this was the case TD-Aturd is stuck. Ether way they can be sued for holding up there client's dividend. The GCAN High was .735 so Far and TD-Aturd keep there Client's from processing there dividends.
5 million x .73 = $3,650,000
Any security Lawyer should want a 3.6 to 4 million Class Action case!
TD clients should be calling lawyers!
