According to the PR Rodrigues and Burks are out. On the WY SOS Peter Murphy is listed as a Director so he potentially remains as the last one standing to handle any signing over of the shell to someone else.

OTC Markets does not list Murphy as a director, in fact his name does not show up there at all.

All of the others were not part of MedGen as a company, but rather were with emb3Ded or the soon to be formed Thor Biom3dical so they are gone.

Edit: Reading the PR again JR and Burks resigned their official positions but may still remain on the board with Murphy.
