j3pflynn, thanks. I verified your times, and they are correct. Germany is +1 UTC and does use daylight savings time, so that is a wash. US Eastern time is -5 UTC, so 6 hours behind Germany. Thus 18:00 is indeed 12:00 Eastern and 9:00 Pacific. This will be the time the NDAs expire on the 23rd, per that German site.
