Also filed for a 5000:1 RS, but have not followed through, and the filings show no effective date, so there's a reasonable speculation that it may not occur, or be cancelled. Company is incredibly difficult to reach. Zamil also has appx. 12 other businesses in his name on sunbiz, speculation that they will all be acquired and fall under the ZA Group umbrella, which name change was also filed for.
