And yet he's not in prison. Nor has he ever been in prison. Let me clarify ... Jail, The Pokie, Da Hole ... ARE NOT PRISON. A prison sentence would require a minimum of one year or a violation of one's parole (not to be confused with probation). If he committed, and was procecuted for a 18,000,000 dollar bad check, we would not be having any conversations about Steven Brickner.

Things that can land you in jail if you're Steven Brickner. Drunk and Disorderly Conduct .... Excessive Speeds (he is a rally race car driver ... lead foot) ... Being one alcoholic beverage over the limit while driving .... Defending yourself and daring to leave a mark on the person who's trying to beat you to death ... Reckless Driving. But hmmmm .... Only ONE CONVICTION for all of his offenses ... Reckless Driving ... That's it! That's all! But again this stock is not about Steven Brickner no matter how much you would like it to be.
