People are sick and tired of Nader failing to deliver (again) while blowing smoke up our collective asses. In the Sept CC he insisted financing wouldn't be a problem because the "share price will be much higher in 2-3 months."

In recent interviews and presentations, Nader implied we're over the hump financially and there are no worries. Then he blurts to a shareholder over the phone that we need to do another crappy raise to limp through the coming months.

Shareholders are expressing disappointment and distrust in the CEO. Simple as that.

That said, most of the selling could be from the dude who's been putting a 500k wall up periodically. I personally haven't sold a single share.

Agreed. I’m frustrated with the SP too. But maybe “limping along” is the best strategy here. Given the choice between massive dilution / striking an agreement at a valuation that doesn’t reflect the potential value here and limping along at a depressed share price until we get the BLA and other results (and operate from a position of strength), I pick the latter.

I imagine they’ve had offers for capital at low valuations - and turned them away, as they should. I’ve been in for a long 3 years and want a payday in the 10-20 dollar range (not 3-5).

I’m buying more here, even if I’m already overexposed. And if this doesn’t work, I’ll write you guys from the soup kitchen.

Naders compensation packege is over $1 million dollars. ONE MILLION. He hasn’t made a lot of money for most investors yet. If it wasn’t for DR RP to come on board I believe we were toast. I now realize how poor Nader is at managing this company and based on his used car sales man tactics we were not able to secure better funding. I remember when he was calling people close to me asking for .75c raises few years back. I bet if they fire him and put someone competent our share price will skyrocket.
