Down $1.5B in market cap cause they missed 4Q "guidance"? I don't know sometimes I think they are playing with the weak hands. Management knows that an "estimate" to the downside will bring a panic sell and I think they do this on purpose to buyback cheaper. Knowing full well that in 2 weeks they will issue the real numbers.
