Have you read the court filings? Stating the judge will rule against POTN is a very arbitrary statement. The only dispute is that the debt holder attempted to convert at rate that wasn't contractually agreed upon...they never said they didn't owe the debtholder...they just didn't honor their unethical attempt to convert at a rate that they never agreed to....I'm guessing you would have no issue paying your credit card company 20% interest rate, when your agreement called for 10%?
