Convenient excuse, but wrong. BUT lets assume 1.2 mil was correct (its not even close to correct). You are still talking about a startup company which is trading sub penny before any revenues... if they suddenly had over a million annual in revenues (with more acquisitions on the way)... the stock increases in value which is what any investor wants... Investors still win.
