Thank the Company might release late last night news to the Markets today. It was pretty late when they release the PR last night. Did have some effect on the share price. you would think Zion Oil & Gas inc would release the PR news before the market open.

Time to add new facts-they paid a license_fee

That's the new fact in the overnight PR pump.

They previously said they would do 3D. Now they are embellishing it with such Earth shattering remarks as:

The Company has commenced preliminary scouting and survey design to help identify the geologic boundaries of the proposed 3D seismic survey.

Duuh.

Interesting is this one:

Once the survey design and surface layout are completed, Zion intends to acquire the necessary government permits and negotiate potential surface damages to crops, irrigation piping, and other surface features.

Now how would sonic vibrations from a plate underneath a truck damage irrigation piping, and crops? Then again, if they are going to use seismic charges, then that might cause such concerns. Where the older seismic charges are a cheaper method. Remember 80% of the $10M raised by each PSPP goes into paying the Brown gang for salary, and compensation.
