It was hard to watch a behavior of FNMA stock last year and it's hard to believe what we are watching now. In fact I am afraid that it's a hype on the way with bigger volatility.

Man, I was off -- I thought the PPS would take a "breather." I'll try it again with option #3: +.15 - +.18

It's due for a time-out with a day with less than a 15% - 20% gain.
I won't be upset if I lose to options #1 or #2 though.

I am going with option #3. We touch of $2.00 but with too much resistance at $2 leaves us with a close in mid $1.90s today.

I’d guess #4 or #5. Nothing goes up on a straight line and there could be some profit taking today. General market futures are down a little after a nice run as well. There have been no real official announcements about the future of the twins, just some well broadcast leadership changes.

For the record I’m long and will happily eat my words if it’s #1, 2 or 3.

Zerotropic and gazerbeam, with their astute intuition and ability to read market trends, have won the gold star! This was no easy feat.
Yesterday’s action brought us back to reality quickly after a quick run past $2, followed by a 50c drop. But the bulls wouldn’t take that lightly and fought back with a vengeance.

What will today’s action bring us? A new 52 week high going into the weekend or will the profit takers dominate?
