This makes ZERO sense. KALY is CURRENT with financials. The next report due is NOT a Quarterly Report. It's the 2018 Annual Report.

The CE Policy is clear on the 30-day minimum. All required disclosures to date have been delivered thanks to the Goldman Small Cap Report.
