The only explanation I can offer is essentially what we all saw but from watching the action on L2 it was clear MMs were trying to close CELZ as low as possible (like yesterday). But there were buyers who bought in heavily EOD - they pulled it up ev

Dry time MMs pushed it down, especially the last 2 minutes of trading.

It is gratifying to see action like this. Hopefully we stay above .01, but if MMs keep doing what they did today and yesterday it will take a lot of buying to keep this ticker above .01. Good news would help, but I have all but given up on any substantive need after months of nothing.

Let us see what the next few weeks brings - this will set the tone for 2019.
