How are they going to frame during the coldest months of the year? Frozen ground means slabs/ foundations need to be there first, and that ain’t happening till spring.What about sewer, etc. framing comes after that. What am I missing? Are these things in place already? You don’t just throw up some 2/4s and collect 2.6mil. 30 employees my arse.
