I have been in and out of FNMA since late 2008, and every each rally time in the past had been different.
This time it is different from the last time in 2016. Several key opponents including Watt and al either have gone or not as active this time to block the release of FNMA ..Maybe because this time they know that Mnunchin's persistent wanting to end conservatorship. PPS this time inevitably may go much higher and park there, waiting for the official news. Of course this is my own opinion. Should do your own d&d.

WOW! I got super busy and didn't catch the last hour of trading. I had been seeing +18-20 all day for the most part. I come back finally and it seems we hand an EOD run up to +27. Nice surprise. I know we're talking pennies here and there but after all the red and back news over the years it sure is nice to break that cycle for a few days, and hopefully MUCH bigger breaks for longer going forward. GLTA.
